What are you hours?
We are guaranteed to be available from 9am-6pm Monday-Friday. Most of the time, we’ll still be working outside of those hours or on weekends to make sure your transation has the attention it needs.

What if I'm not happy with your service?
If you find that we did not live up to your expectations during a transaction just let us know and we’ll refund you. We want to use every transaction as a way to learn and get even better at what we do. All we ask is you give us another shot!

What if my transaction terminates?
Then you owe us nothing! We only get paid when you do.
This applies only to the Closing Coordination service.

Discounts?
Yes! Your first Closing Coordination service is discounted $125 down to $250!
In addition, if you book a Listing Coordination service and use us for Closing as well, we will discount the second service to $300. (A total of $400 for both packages!)
When you refer an agent and they use our Closing Coordination service, you will receive $50 off your next Closing Coordination service!

Can you put up signs or lockboxes?
We are a online only company. We are happy to coordinate with people in the area to set these items up, but we will be unable to do it ourselves.

How and when do I make payments?
For the Closing Consultation Service, payment will be due upon closing of the contract.
For the Listing Consultation and Offer Prep services, payment will be do upon completion of the listing in the MLS and completion of the documents, respectively.
We handle payments through Quickbooks.
